The day we arrived we had to wait because they were finishing painting the room (?!). There were small bugs at the walls and bed, hole night tring to get rid of them, and finilly y have thousands of bites (suppose were the bugs we saw everywhere)- not kidding, i will sure put a picture at internet There were no one available to discuss it - they give you the key and are nor there. Breakfast is coffee and croissant in a place nearby. Location is not bad. Room size and bathroom are ok, but i would never go back - rather a worse located and smaller room but without bugs and bites. really disppointing

The location is really bad, the bus goes whenever it wants and sometimes you have to wait about an hour till it arrives. To get to the right bus stop is really hard and takes ages for the first time. Information about arival to accomodation is almost useless. The same goes for information about accomodation. The loation is its biggest weakness. We were informed that Roma tax is included and it was not, we paid extra 50 Euro. I do NOT recommend this accomodation.

The hotel is in good place. Just few minutes from metro station. The breakfast is basic and is served only from 8:00. So it could be problem if you want leave early. With the help of the staff it was possible to get breakfast at 7:30.

Accidental booking but I was happy with it. Clean room, nice and really helpful staff. One thing is a disadvantage that the shower is really small but as you use it only for shower and not for permanent stay it is ideal. Locatin is really far from the center but as there is a metro station for two minutes walk it is not a problem. ( only in case of a public transport stike as last Friday ) Colosseum stop is 15 minutes with metro. Overall rating good, I would book there again and would suggest to others. Was perfect for me to sleep after a busy day.

These are comfortable, clean and sedate hotel-quality rooms within a few 100 m of the St Peter's Basilica and Vatican City. Highly recommended, with most staff cheerful, helpful and multilingual. I appreciated their help in pre-booking museum tickets for our onward journey to Florence.

Ciao, Everything is OK with the hotel but I think there must be a locker at the dormitories. It is a must cause somebody tried to rub my bag when I was sleeping. I hope you take my advice into consideration for the sake of your hostel and the customers as well. Thanks for the hospitality. Ozge from Turkey

Really good value for money. Quite big room and bathroom, really clean, and well located (less than 5 minutes walk from Termini station) in a quiet area (no traffic noise at night!). Nice and helpful staff (some of them do not speak English though). The only bad points is that the breakfast is not too much and that it is a bit difficult to find the hotel de first day, so bring a map!
