WiFi didn't work in my room, but rooms were clean. Bathrooms and lockers (bring own lock) in rooms. Staff wasn't the friendliness. Location was okay, close to train station and about 30 min walk from center. Beds were comfy and outlets at every bed. Harder to meet people because so many floors. |

I was in Rome for most of the summer staying with friends. The very last week, I chose to spend at Ostia Antica Park Hotel and was very impressed with what I received for the amount of money spent. I really have nothing bad to say about this place! The staff was always nice, and the hotel and grounds were full of beauty. The only drawback was it is not centrally located. Depending on what you are looking for though, this could be a good thing(keeping in mind you do have to take buses or a shuttle/taxi to get to beaches; and also the metro to get to Rome's center.)Though I personally would absolutely stay there again:) |

Some of the staff were great, but I had to lower my score to 60 because of the attitude of the man who refused to provide even another small towel to use for hands without charging for it, and even when I explained why we legitimately needed an extra big towel refused to give it, saying some clients clean their shoes with the towels! So beware, unlike the several hostals where we stayed that were generous with supplies, this hotel was stingy! |
