Ciao, Everything is OK with the hotel but I think there must be a locker at the dormitories. It is a must cause somebody tried to rub my bag when I was sleeping. I hope you take my advice into consideration for the sake of your hostel and the customers as well. Thanks for the hospitality. Ozge from Turkey

Classic bait and switch. Despite my confirmed reservation, I was offered a bed in a completely different, tiny/cramped hostel run by the owner's "cousin." Very hostile manager. Never again.

It's located really near to railroad station Termini, which may sound good, but it's really noisy and I didn't feel that safe. Breakfast was really great: ham, cheese, croissants, juice, etc. The room was too little, it made it uncomfortable to be that close to 2 complete strangers. No lockers.

I was expecting more of a youth hostel feel but it was more like a middle age hotel with the option of sharing a room with another person. If you want a hotel like atmosphere, this is the place to go.

Recommended. Close to Termini station. Room was fine. Friendly staff. Generous breakfast. Thanx

English speaking friendly efficient staff. Shared bathrooms modern and clean. Area around hotel a little rough but cheap shopping. Near train station and metro link. Value for money! Comfortable beds and not too noisey.
