The room was nice but small. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location could not be better!

Excelent, Sabino & Silvia gave us a very pleasent stay at Florence.

Location was good, break fast is prepared room was clean except their equipment. 1. wifi is super slow barely connected with my iphone 6. same as nothing. 2. equipped towel and pillow smelled very bad i didnt feel like wiping my face with the towel. i know it's washed well but the smelled still strange and it made me sick. smelled like a dog after the rain walk. I guess this hotel needs to clean washing machine first. Comparing that, pillow cover was clean indeed, but pillow itself smelled ridiculously bad. smells like sweat of many people and entire room smelled same as this pillow. (after i left this hotel, whole my hair and coats, cloths smelled same) this hotel is very recommended if they change to new pillow and new towel(or wash it very well)

Excellent for such a reasonable price. The price is reasonable, the place is very convenient, there is hot water from the shower, and heat is available to keep the room warm. Really like to recommend to those who are looking for a good and reasonable guest house.

Nice clean hotel, great service. It is a bit away from the city center, but the bus journey takes 10 minutes and bus runs very often. The next trip to Florence I will definitely use this hotel.

The place was good and clean. It's close to the train station but it's northern Italy so it's not going to be dirty outside like everywhere else in Rome. The actual place was clean the staff was very helpful and friendly. I think I paid a bit too much because any places similar are closer to the 20 not so much the high 20's.

We were very pleased with our hostel. The manager was extremely helpful. The room was clean and spacious and we were pleasantly surprised that we received breakfast in our room.

This hostel is amazing and giivanna is a very nice person. I really reccomend it

Great place to stay if you are planning to visit florence :)

Tive uma surpresa quando, na semana da viagem para Florença,uma pessoa de nome Laura passou um email dizendo que não havia a vaga combinada, mas nos oferecia um apartamento em um prédio que não era o do hostel ou o cancelamento da reserva. É claro que naquela altura já não dava para procurar outro lugar pra ficar e concordamos em ficar no apartamento. Ao chegarmos,eu e minha amiga fomos recebidas por um jovem senhor, que nos ofereceu serviço de guia pela cidade. Achei no mínimo estranho esse procedimento. É certo que as instalações do partamento eram muito boas, mas não tivemos café da manhã e nem mesmo posso dizer se esse hostel existe de fato.

Fantastico el barrio, la habitacion y el ambiente en general. Las bicis necesitan un poco de aceite!. El desayuno abundante y lo unico es que podria haber algo mas de oferta de pan integral!. Gracias!

My stay was great! The only downside is the bed is very uncomfortable. But overall a good place to stay.

I can't still get over that beauty of tavarnelle and a receptionist girl at that hostel who was so helpful and so nice! I would just like to thank her again for being so cute and helpful! I loved it there and i stayed one more night, i come back and stay more just to enjoy tavarnelle's nature local food and an amazing wine!

I stayed for two nights. I found the hostel to be excellent for cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and the lockers were big. The only problem is coming in later when everyone is asleep and trying to open and close doors and get things out of the locker in the pitch dark.

Great location,very nice room, toilet and shower outside but avaliable all the time.Very kind and nice staff, very helpfull. Averything you need is very close, supermarket, pizzeria, shops, restaurants.

Great welcome. Very close to the center of the city and the train station.
