It’s a simple place, well maintained and very clean! The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere from there, even to the Vatican, although it’s a long walk, but with so much to see in Rome, you don’t even get tired from all the walking! It was our first time and we never took a cab, but we did ride the T a few times. Some of the pros: - budget friendly, awesome location, a few mins from the T (Colosseo station), room was clean and spacious, Geanluca and his mom are really nice and welcoming. He gave us a map and showed us how to get around by T. Some of the cons: Since you’re right in the middle of the action, you’ll hear a lot of ambulances or police driving by at night (not an issue for me, but light sleepers could have a hard time) The shower is very small! I’m 5’6” 125lbs and my elbow would hit the shower knob every time I was showering and the water would shut off several times while I was showering. I can’t imagine how a bigger person would do. |

This was a wonderful location and we were amazed how sound proof the room was. My husband and I were in the Rose room, in suite restroom and wifi included. Very safe, clean room, and confortable bed. The owner was very helpful and spoke English fluently. Very convenient to train station and metro. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this location, price is appropriate. |

Good all around! Only problem we encountered was the private shuttle that was arranged to take us to the airport never showed up. No response either from Le Fate when we tried to call to see what happened. Was a stressful morning trying to make it to airport. |

Excellent stay thanks to Fabrizio:very clean quiet, lovely balcony where we enjoyed a freshly home made breakfast. The location is though a bit far away from centre but it makes the charm of it and tram 8 is a convenient 20 min ride to city centre. |
