Rome, Italy

I stayed with five friends in the 6 room private room, with own bathroom and it was a very mixed stay. We had to check in at a laundry, with a guy that didn't understand a word of what we were saying, and made us feel very uncomfortable even though he was probably just trying to be friendly, Communicating with him was very difficult, and we were considering finding somewhere else to stay. We had to come back a few hours later, because they still had to clean the room. When we came back, we were showed to our rooms by a very professional guy that spoke English well. It was very comforting to finally meet someone who could understand us. The room was very small, but it worked. The breakfast was nothing special, you go to the cafeteria downstairs and get a croissant and a coffee. The location is perfect though, it's located right next to the Termini station, so it was very central. We had a great stay in Rome and I would recommend it to people who are not looking for a luxurious stay but a very cheap alternative.

The practical condition is worse than hotel promised on internet, even no hot water, can't take a shower !

Im from Argentina. My bed was full of bedbugs (piojos de cama). I suffered to night. Then I went to the reception to tell the guys. They put me in another room and gave me free laundry to wash my infected cloth. Also the elevator never worked and all the bathrooms I used were always dirty. A good thing: the room is very spacious.

Clarian ligt heel erg dicht bij het station wat ideaal is als je met de trein naar Rome gaat. Ook na het stappen is er altijd weer een nachtbus te pakken naar het treinstation, dus dan ben je zo terug bij Clarian. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en spreekt ook prima engels. De kamers zijn ook erg netjes.

Amazing Robby & Norma. We felt at home the moment we entered into their apartment. Great, Friendly, Helpful, Cheerful, Caring, Kind, Simple, Honest people we have ever met in Italy. Room, Toilet, Dinning were neat, hospitality was Marvelous. We miss Norma & Robby.

Nice people. They help you if any question occurs. Breakfast is very good. They also speak English.

The hosetess is very kind and nice. And it is very clean.

Unfortunately the road was very noisy and we coundn't sleep. The windowos don't seal well. The noise level was so high that earplugs didn't solve the Problem. Now I need holiays from our holidays

very good position in the city. the rooms and bathrooms are clean. You have to be patient though cause there's only two of them for quite a lot of people but hey that's community life.

It was a terrible experience. First, i didn't get my card when I check in due to Sunday issue. Second, I found another guy sleeping in my bed on the next day when i came back, and all my stuff was throw on the ground. Third, an old men had been snoring all night so that the rest of four people did not fall to asleep at all including me. I wont go there twice!

The best place ever,every easy to get to,people where the most Helpfull and friendlyst people i met! The room we slept in was nice! There is alot to do around the place and is near a few pubs also! This place i wil recomend to anyone! By Far the BEST place ever!
