No kitchen there (it's a joke ...) & the staf (the old lady in the reception) is horible !!!.
We had good stay here, really good breakfasts, almost central location, everything is organised and comfortable. Plan additional budget for linens, towels, wifi in the rooms.
Good building and facilities structure and nice cleaned bathrooms. Expensive bed linens, and really not helpful staff
Staff were not at all helpful in both A&O hostels (example, my friend needed to stay another night but they were fully booked, however they never recommended there second hostel in the city or helped at all with information in finding another hostel) Hygiene was very poor, Stained mattresses, quilts and pillows. Dirty bathrooms. Wifi didn't work and neither did their computers. I would not recommend this Hostel.
Nice hostel but empty
the place is nice but over all not all of the staff were helpful or even kind i would not stay here again.
The people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more luxurious than I'm used to in hostels, plenty of space and a tv in the room. Not a very cosy atmosphere, but nice and clean.
Yes, it was clean and everything in the room was brand-new. But A&O needs to take immediate action regarding their staff. We checked-in for 2 nights and when we saw the receipt we realized we had payed for 3. We asked for our money back and the receptionist refused saying we had a reservation for 3 nights, therefore an obligation to pay. It took a few hours and another receptionist to take our money back.
This hostel asks extra money for everything. The price you pay online is not the real price!!! The personnel is not friendly and the room was not ready in time.
It was very clean...not much going on, but I think it was b/c it just opened, like, this month. On a random street, but near public transit and the Neumarkt, generally enjoyable stay
