Horrible, tiny room, tiled wiles, metal bed frame, poor AC, uncomfortable and noisy.Clean room, but smell of rubbish and urine beside the lift. I would not stay there again.
The place is very strategic and the people are very accommodating. Will love to go back.

they made overbooking and they move me to another hostel worse than this.position perfect, building in bad condition but the hostel is a bit better
The owner and staffs are all very nice and helpful. Daily cleaning make us feel very comfortable to stay after a tiring travel.
I found the rooms at Park Guest house to be clean and tidy, they are maintained each day and the staff are very helpful, it is in the Chungking Mansion building and is close to the MTR train station subway and 150 metres from the harbour where the Symphony of Lights are showcased at 8.00pm each night.
Would stay here again, very clean, very close to Art Museum, Walk of Stars. Great and helpful staff too!!!
Good Located and cleaness floor and room but small room and bed. Staff and the owner were kind and nice servicemind. Impression for staying there.
I book a single room there for 3 nights. The first night I was in a double room at Park Guest House. The guest house was quite new and clean, even though the Chungking Mansion was a scary, ghetto, run-down place. Then for the following 2 nights, I was moved to the HK Guest House which was a much older and unsafe place to stay. There was a different receptionist who were not very friendly and always looked at my stuffs. He even came into my room uninvited. I was not very happy there. And by check-out, they forgot to give me back my $100 deposit!
