Staff were useless, no maps, freezing room because the window wouldn't close, shit pillows, crap blankets, terrible mattress, hopeless showers went ice cold several times for over a minute, noisy as fuck!

The staff is not friendly, the hotel is not clean, it was rubbish! Someone try to still us!!!!
