Staff were useless, no maps, freezing room because the window wouldn't close, shit pillows, crap blankets, terrible mattress, hopeless showers went ice cold several times for over a minute, noisy as fuck!

  2. manara From France On November 30, -0001

The staff is not friendly, the hotel is not clean, it was rubbish! Someone try to still us!!!!

  3. Victoria From Canada On November 30, -0001

It was very very dirty. Staff was nice and there was an awesome movie room. But it was very dirty! The shower was also either scalding hot or freezing cold, i literally burnt the top of my head. Ouch. Wouldn't recommend.

  4. Marcella From Italy On November 30, -0001

Awful! Do NOT go there unless your purpose is to drink in company of strangers and sleep in a room with no comforts at all!

  5. Melinda From Australia On November 30, -0001

Sorry didn't like the place at all. Thought it was a really poor standard for a melb CBD backpackers compared to others like YHA etc. didn't feel i got value for money at all.

  6. Helen From England On November 30, -0001

Stayed in the hostel for a week. Overall had a good time because met lots of fun people in my room. Location good, and free city tram stops just outside hostel. However only 1 shower on my floor worked (for loads of people, always queued, and door didnt properly shut), the water from the taps in bathroom was cold, the bed I was given was completely broken and unsafe, and didnt see any cleaning in my room until I left. But was very cheap!!

  7. Henning From Germany On November 30, -0001

I wait 15 min at the desk before someone came, the rooms were incredible dirty, the showers also. I refused the first time in my live to sleep in a hostel. ( and I hitchhiked Asia !)

  8. Lin From Taiwan On November 30, -0001

dirty and noisy. It's very difficult to sleep because you could always hear the sharp sounds of the train and tram when at night. I'll never stay there anymore...
