    This is an outstanding and clean hostel. The atmosphere is more like a homestay. Rooms are immaculately clean, decent breakfast, and superb staff/owners. The owners will show you a couple restaurants just a block or two away, and be more than happy to talk about the few touristy areas in Guayaquil (along with all the dangers of the city). They'll arrange private taxis, to and from those areas. The hostel is a just a little bit away from the city center, so you have to take a taxi. But this comfortable hostel is worth it ...
