The Point Lima – The Original

The Point Hostel in Barranco, Lima’s beautiful bohemian district, is the original party hostel of Peru. Founded in 2002 by a few backpackers, these days it is one of the trendsetting hostels in South America and Dutch Frans and his crew are ready and waiting to welcome you.

In the Barranco district, we are surrounded by the best nightlife in town (and we are happy to introduce you to it!), contrasting flower parks and colonial architecture plus a great view of the beach and sunsets.     I travelled in many countries and stayed in tons of hostels, but The Point in beautiful Barranco is definitely among the very best! It is so easy to meet other people in this great house and every night something will be organized, like pool competitions, bar crawls etc. (Barranco nightlife is sooo cool!). Beds, showers and breakfast are decent but the best thing about The Point is the very helpfull and cool staff... (Especially the bar lady ;) ) I planned to come for 1 night but I am here already for more than a week...
