    Nice people working there bt it is noise in the weekend due to the bar and people gathered in fornt of the hostel.

    I know that you said that it would be nooisy but did not expect the music to carry on untill 6am. The worst nois was the locals useing their car hooters in time withthe music and the arguments. We arrived late at night and told them we had a resevation but they said we did not however they gave us a room and when we went to pay the bill they wanted to charge us moore than the booking receipt. We stayed an extra night and they charged us moore for this night. They did not offer us clean towels and there was no door on the bathroom

    Even if I were 20 yrs old and liked to party...I would not have stayed there. Rooms too small even for 1 person(we were 2)..all nite drinking,music,no hot water,toilet not flushing right and bugs, burnt out bulbs,sketchy neighborhood,garbage everywhere. Stayed 1 nite payed for 2, lost deposit. Don't care. Staff however seemed helpful&nice. Can't determine for just 1 nite's stay. I don't recommend.

    It was a nice time at the Tropicana in Georgetown. It is a place to eat with a bar, a dancefloor and event area, also has an internet cafe and private rooms for guests. The owner, Jerry, is a great person. It was great to find out more about the country and I would like to come back.
