We have a family-operated hostel offering twelve private rooms with bath ensuite and cable TV and three dormitories with shared bath. Hot water is available at all times. Breakfast is included, as is free internet. We offer a fully equipped kitchen for guests and a patio, sun terrace, and garden area. We are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood within easy walking distance to the center of town and to the bus terminal. Excursions are available to surrounding sites: observatories, Elqui Valley, Damas Island, and more.

    Nice place, near center of La Serena, good breakfast.

    This hostel was totally devoid of character, both with the accomodation and staff. It was also desperatly freezing - inside that is. It actually felt warmer outside. I was totally disappointed with the whole experience.

    Old and worn down rooms with little atmosphere. The owner is very nice though. Good kitchen, average showers, below average rooms with good bed, and reasonable breakfast.
