We specialize in furnished flats to rent by the season in Rio de Janeiro, for brief as well as extended stays, all of which are located within the beach circuit composed by the fabled shores of Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon.

All of our apartments are absolutly private and come equipped with 24 hour security. They are located in areas which provide easy access to local transport, as well as being close to the best beaches in town. The flats come completely equipped and well decorated, including bedding and bath, TV and kitchen appliances.

Our apartments are more spacious and affordable than what a hotel can offer, while at the same time provide more privacy for the guest. We offer accomadation ranging from simple apartments to luxurious penthouses with sweeping views.

*Code 0012 - Copacabana (Rua Julho de Castilho 35/310): Studio with 1 room (double bed room with air conditioning Wardrobe). It has a living room with a Double sofa bed and an american kitchen, fully equipped with microwave. The apartment includes Linen and towels.
It has 40 mts2. It accomodates 3 people.

*Code 002 - Copacabana (Rua Av. Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, Nº 1150)
Apartment with 1 room (queen size bed room with air conditioning). It has a living room with a sofa bed and 1 table for 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. The apartment includes Linen and towels.
It accomodates 2/3 people.

CANCELATION POLICY:
The Deposit is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation, the remainder is due on arrival at the apartment.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made without at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time.
Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to Rio Flat Rental at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the total of the first night accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred.
