If the number of people changes, there will be a new pricing depending on the number of people. No show : 100% of the first night will be charged on the credit card ( including taxes ) . Cancellation : If cancellation occurs between 15 days and 8 days prior to the arrival date penalty will be 50% of the deposit (minimum $20.00). If cancellation occurs 7 days and less prior to the arrival date the penalty will be the amount of the deposit .
