New College Residence at the University of Toronto offers relaxing, safe, convenient, and affordable dormitory accommodation throughout the summer months from May to August.

All of our single and double rooms (with two single beds) include air-conditioning, free high-speed internet(bring your own ethernet chord or you can buy one), Wi-Fi, security, and much more. Washrooms and a common room with a TV and limited kitchen facilities are just steps away from each room. Guests have the option to purchase a full hot buffet breakfast in our Dining Hall for around $8/day.

New College Residence is located on the University of Toronto campus - a tranquil green space hidden in the heart of the city.     college dorm, bathrooms are 30+ meters from rooms, keys don't work very well, construction every morning, drilling into bricks right outside all the windows, I think it will be going on all summer, and they failed to mention the construction on the website of course.

    intialy a cold start, but after a week of confusion, we ultimately had a warm and pleasant ending...to say the least.

    love the location, amendities are a bit old......but i guess for that price you can't ask for too much, I'd definitely stay here again for the convenience.
