This familiar hotel is located in the middle of the capital of Jordan, Amman City, near the Amman Citadel, and has a nice view to the Roman Theater. The central bus station is across the street. The Nymphaeum and the Spice Market is just 5 minutes walk. The hotel consists of 2 floors and 14 rooms, most of the rooms is equipped with a TV and a satellite reciever, refrigerator, partly internal and partly common bathrooms and a central heating.     The museum is behind the hotel and the roman theater right in front of it. Grocery stores, bakery and restaurants next door. Good for backpackers. I can not say the hotel was not clean because for the Jordanian standards it was. Mr Basam was friendly and helpful. He arranged a 12 hour taxi to Jerash, Ajlun and the dead sea for 70JD. Visit the tourism office at the airport and ask them to write the address in arabic. Take the bus and a taxi.
