The building hosting the HaShimi Hotel & Hostel is over 400 years old, but of course it has been recently renewed, it has now a very modern and artistic interior features marble floors, stairs and railings. The entire hotel's color scheme is beautifully done in whites, beige and brown, with rich gold detailing.

    Nice friendly hotel, excellent location!! Rooms were smaller than I'd expected. Bathroom is very basic. Staff is very friendly and helpful! When I showed my hotel booking at the passport control (while entering the country) it produced lots of questions and complications because the hotel is located in a Muslim part of the Old City, so beware of that when you do your booking!

    Staff was great, perfect location, great facility Booking system was bad, resulted in allot of errors for me.

    The hotel is fine but during ramadan you should informe ni the booking in internet that breakfast is not included. We also think it was some problems with the toiletts and showers in the rooms that you should see to every week that it is not the guest that should find it out. But we love the hotel and will come back.

    We liked the hotel, its great locaded. Breakfast was very good, staff was frindly we loved the view from the terrace on the roof. Our bathromm was not cleand- we didn´t like that.Taste of the cinnamon tea was great.
