A cozy family-hotel in a quiet and central situation in the middle of zermatt. Most rooms have a balcony to the south side with a fantastic view of the matterhorn for an additional charge of Chr 15.00 per person : free access into the new health-centre of hotel metropol & spa next door.
Breakfast and also dinner (half-board arrangements are possible as well) are served in the restaurant 'mountain view' of hotel metropol & spa sunny terrace free internet corner and wireless-lan in the hotel
Breakfast and taxes are included.

In winter:
- Up to 14 days prior guest arrival, no fee will be charged.
- Up to 7 days prior guest arrival, 50% of total amount will be charged.
- Up to 3 days prior guest arrival, 80% of total amount will be charged.
- Less than 3 days prior guest arrival, 100% of total amount will be charged.
In summer:
- Up to 2 days prior guest arrival, no fee will be charged.

Less than a 5 min walk from the station, and not up a hill so you can easily get your luggage there without paying a hefty sum for a little cab. If you call them and its a reasonable hour they will come and fetch you. Great location, breathtaking view and the sound of the alpine river flowing next door to the hotel added to the memorable atmosphere. Freindly professional staff - highly reccommended.
