Welcome to one of the world’s coolest stays! Here you can spend the night on board a real jumbo jet – on the ground! Our different room categories can accommodate one to three adults in comfort rooms as well as a quad dormitory bed option, all with separate shared shower and toilet facilities. At Jumbo Stay you are guaranteed a unique and outstanding experience at a reasonable price.

We are situated at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

The airplane, a decommissioned model 747-200 jumbo jet built in 1976, was last operated by Transjet, a Swedish airline that went bankrupt in 2002. It was originally built for Singapore Airlines and later served with legendary Pan Am.

Our service include Free Internet, bedlinen, cleaning and free airport shuttle. In our private rooms is also breakfast included.

Our rooms/ cabins have Air Condition, TV and Reading light. The Reception is open 24 H and will assist you with information about your stay in Stockholm, and there is also a café,bar and lounge area in front of the air plane.

Cancellation policy; No later than 48 H before arrival date or you wil be charged for the first night.

    The hostel had a unique design and nice atmosphere. You may get to the airport by free shuttle in a few minutes which was convenient. However, I found nothing particularly wonderful about it except the fact that it was an old jumbo jet. Therefore, the price is way too expensive despite it's moderate value. I have stayed in many cheaper hostels in the past that only cost around half the price of this one, but I've seen much better. Also, the downside was that, there was this one lady at the reception during the night shift. She wasn't rude but she tend to have a very annoyed and bad tempered habit (whatever her problem is) especially to the foreign customers who seemed to be having struggles, which I wasn't impressed by. Otherwise, the other staffs during the daytime were very helpful and polite.
