Located on the Avenida del Faro in the Villa de Santa Ana, built in 1919 as a summer residence for the sevillian middle class.

Apreciated for its open and sunny spaces, for its typical andalusian architucture, and flowered patios of jasmine, geraniums and bugambillas.
Reformed and adapted according turistic regulations, it was opened to the public as the Hostal El Faro in 1994. there are fifteen (15) rooms available, each fully equipped with bathroom, TV, air conditioning, mini bar and safe.
50 meters from the beach, in the best part of Chipiona, with a cozy and familiar enviorement. From the Hostal El Faro we offer the visitor the charm and customs of our region.

    the room was tiny, and dingy and dark, none of which would matter except at 35 euro it was a little expensive for what it was.. nasty noisy fridge in the corner. all electricity disconnects when you leave the room. so difficult to charge laptop or mobile .. they refuse to let you hold on to the keys so you have to ring the bell as you go in and out. a bit intrusive. the whole building is locked from around 9.30. i was leaving on a trip to cadiz at 7am and found myself locked out of the hostal but locked in the yard because of the high metal gates.i was genuinely scared in the dark. there is no emergency exit of any kind so i reccomend no one to stay there as it is a fire/other emergency hazard. dangerous and a bit wierd.....

    Great hostal right next to the beach. Staff is personable and very helpful. Quick and easy check-in. Internet, tv, A/C in rooms. 10 min walk from bus station. No problems at all, RECOMMENDED

    Very friendly staff, a few hidden fees they don't warn you about. Good location, but the town isn't a main tourist attraction so they don't speak anything but spanish in Chipiona. Would stay there again if I go back
