    The only thing I regret about doing at this hostel is booking it through you guys.! When we turned up they didn't have our reservation which you guys had already taken from me, but they still fit us in. Your commission fee is exorbitant as we got the room for much cheaper by not having a booking through Hostelclub. All in all a much better experience by not having you help at all. Thanks for nothing, we won't be using Hostel club again!
