    Our room was right outside the office but the room was HUGE! Of course it was hard to find like everything in Venice and reception hadrly spoke english but other than that it was great. Location was right down near the centre of the sqare. It was a bit pricey but you're paying for location and the fact that it was some fireworks festival. Definitly a good home base since we were only there for the weekend.

    Nice little place only a 5 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. Make sure to arrange for a staff member to meet you at the ferry stop as its a little hard to find at first, but once there we enjoyed our stay!
