Ca’ Giardini is a 60sqm recently renovated luminous apartment, located in a peaceful and pleasant Venetian calle (street), where you can still find authentic Venetian everyday life, away from the usual tourist routes.
The apartment can host up to 4 people. Once entered, you will find a room apt at storing bulky objects (luggage, pushchairs, etc.). After having climbed the small stairs, the house opens up to a cosy living room with typical wooden beam ceiling and natural wood floor, with a fully equipped kitchen. A small access corridor connects you to the bathroom and to the double bedroom. In front of the kitchen there is a pretty lounge area with a sofa bed, which can be utilized as a second bedroom.
The apartment is furnished with: air conditioning, wall heating system, bath shower, microwave oven, washing machine, television, hi-fi, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, cot and child's chair.

TV, utilities, crockery, final cleaning are included.

Bed linen is not included. It is available on request at a cost of 15 euro per person.

*Arrivals after 20.00 will be charged of 30 euros.

Confirmation of your reservation will by E mail and will include all of the directions needed to reach the apartment. Here you will be welcomed by either the owner or the local agent.
On retrieving the key the guest will be asked to show an identity card and credit card details as guarantee for any damage that may have been caused to the apartment.

Bookings can be cancelled within 28 days before the date of arrival without any charge. Over this term:
- up to 10 days before: a penalty of 40% of total amount will be charged;
- up to 2 days before: a penalty of 70% of total amount will be charged;
- from 2 days before or no show: 80% of total.

No check in after 7 p.m.
