Very nice place to stay! The Hotel is located just a few meeters from the Rialto bridge, which is perfect for city explorations. You can reach it by waterbus in 10 or a walk in 30 mins from the railwaystation or Piazzale Roma. Little hard to find but only 100m walk from the Rialto you will find this simple but very clean Hotel with 100% nice people directly at the Canale grande through a very narrow lane.Breakfast was small but ok for the price. Absolutely recommendable for young travellers and and those who want to spent their money in the city, not in the hotel. We were 4 students on a weekday in November.

We were there for a few days, the rooms are decent but the courtyard that it's located in is really very nice. Have breakfast on the terrace looking out onto the Grand Canal is great. It's about 2 minutes away from the Riolta bridge.

It is a bit difficult to find the place, but the service was great and it was very clean, spacious rooms and private bathroom. Really like it.

Beautiful little b&b in the very center of Venice. Follow the directions given and it is no problem to find the place. We had a private double room with bathroom, very clean, very quiet. There is a nice terrace facing a canal where they serve breakfast. Great place, good value for money, we would recommend it to everyone.

Very nice apartment, but the wiev from the hotel is not at all what we excepted! Actually the apartment was froma a 3-4 minutes walk on the street from the reception and the breakfast. Anyway, I would recommend this accomodation to everyone!! Thank you, had a great time!

Very good location but construction work from very early in the morning and pretty expensive for what we got over all.

Joy depends very much on the room you´re in, but the location is very fine, with lots of charakter, close to rialto, perfect to explore the city. I´ll go there again.

Great find for the price. Has a common terrace overlooking the grand canal. For upcharge, you can get room with view. We were really glad we spent the money to stay in Venice, not Mestre. Walking around the city is the best passtime and this was close to everything. Location: great because if you're lost you follow signs back to Rialto. Staff: very nice and helpful, but not always there. Breakfast was disappointing compared to similar places we stayed (not-so-fresh rolls and croissants, coffee from a machine, and juice.) Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. In high priced Venice, I think this was well worth the money.

For the price, this place is awesome! We did not get to try their restaurant, but it looks like a great place with lots of character. I cannot imagine a better experience in Venice than with this guest house. The only suggestion would be to include some yogurt, cheese and meat with breakfast. I was hungry again in an hour after only eating bread. LOVED IT!

The hotel is nice, but hard to find. It's located in an area in venice, where the streets have no names; but you have to find it within the Rialto bridge area with its building no. You have to ask around when you get there, because you have to search through some narrow alleyways just to get to the hotel. Our room was OK, we thought it was a bit overpriced because we had paid over 100 euro for 1 nite and it felt like we were staying in an old attic. The staff was nice, but there was virtually no one there after 10pm. The only major plus about the hotel is that it's located right on the Grand Canal, and you get a lovely view of the Rialto right from the dock outside. Overall experience was only so-so.

this hotel is in a great position near the rialto bridge and about 10 mins from san marco sq. the airconditioning worked well and the room was quite pleasant. staff were very friendly but the breakfast was terrible. a little expensive given the overall quality.

very nice B&B: clean, central, not too expensive (in comparison with Venice prices, of course!), very kind staff. I definitely suggest it to everybody!

The hotel is in an excellent position being 2 mins from the Rialto and very close to St Marks Square however it was a mission to find it as a map was not mailed to us prior to our holiday and we were lucky a local gave us directions as the back street were difficult to negotiate with two large suitcases. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet but extremely tiny rooms (not as depicted on the website) and there were heaps of stairs to climb up in order to get inside - not so good for older people or people with bad backs or knees etc carrying suitcases. The staff here were fairly friendly and the rate good for Venice accommodation.
