Despite the fact that we arrived pefectly on time, our room had been given away to somebody who had decided to prolong his stay.A woman said we should wait for the owner Mr.Lo***zo (she wouldn't say his last name), who drove us to his cousin's hotel where we would get a better room at the same price. It wasn't so.The room in the other hotel was not nice.Irritated by the whole situation and by Mr Lo****zo shady ways,I refused to take the room.Mr Lo****zo requested us to pay him a night, since he had "already paid (to the visibly confused hotel attendant )for the room", and since "overbooking is normal" and since "he had wasted a lot of time because of us".I walked away and lost the 8 euros I had paid online in advance.
