It's possible to cancel a booking till 48 hours from the arrival date. If you cancel the booking from 47 hours to 0 hours to the arrival date we will charge from your credit card the first night amount. If you make a no show we will charge the whole amount from your card.
TOURIST CITY TAX
From the 24th of August 2011 the municipality of Venice will introduce a City Tax to be paid by the occupants of facilities, and the amount will vary according to the season and will be imposed as follows.
Periods:
€ 1.20. per person per night (high season)
€ 0.60 per person per night (low season)
Tax exemptions for children up to age 16 and after the fifth night consecutive stay and payment is due, directly, from customers of the accommodation in cash, and will be required at the time of check-out.

The only negative is that the hotel was difficult to find but the pleasant surprise was that the size and facilities here surpassed my expectations. Large rooms with private toilets and free internet. Really enjoyed staying here. If I ever come back to Venice, I'll surely be staying here!

In a convenient place for those who do not or can not stay in Venice. It takes only 5 minutes by puplic bus. The rooms are clean and neat and calm. The personel is also very helpful. I recommend it to those who are looking for reasonable place near Venice.

Even though this hostel is not in the middle of "old" Venice, is right on the edge of it. The location in Mestre is beyond perfect. You have right there 3 main buses: to Venice, to the train station and to the airport, right in the corner. The place is in perfect condition and you can really relax. USE IT! Is perfect!

This place has nice facilities but lacked a lock for the bathroom door. It is one of the nicer hostels i have stayed at. The location is just a short walk from the bus stop that will lead you into Venice.

Difficult to find the first time, so you should follow the directions on their website very carefully, because even the locals didn't know where it was. It's located next to a church so that's a good landmark. Once we finally got there, there wasn't much to complain. Room was clean and breakfast was good compared to many others. Easy to go to Venice, bus stop is close to the hotel.

A very nice and comfortable room with very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to get to Venice (#12 bus) and to the Mestre train station (#9). A bargain price for Venice! We will stay there again.

We were in Italy for 10 days and pass by 4 different hotels/Guest House/B&B during that period and Alle Lagune was unquestionably the best one (all places were really good). Very clean, big room and bed, very well located in Mestre and a helpful service with good price! I would recomend to my friends.

It is a place in the Mestre, you are like three bus stops away from Venice. From the airport it is really easy to get with you buses and you get there in 1 hour at the most.The people are great. They told us were to have dinner in Mestre for little money. There is a supermarket near, so you can buy sodas, food..etc. There is a laundry near by too. The bedroom was huge (we got a double room with private bathroom), and there is a small fridge too.Breakfast is really good you can have coffee, ham, cheese, cookies, toast, nutella...juices. It is like a buffet. There are some bending machines. It is a really nice place. I recommend you it!!

This hotel is very hard to find and the directions provided when you book online are incorrect! After we found it..it is a super short bus ride to venice. Really loud bells from the church next door before 8am as well.

The hostel was wery nice, clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was nice supprise - simply, but fresh and tasty.
We had problem to find it - we were comming from Udine. The instuction on the web pages wasn't perfect and we had no map of Mestre... However we found it:-)
