A brand-new building, in a panoramic area immediately outside the city of Siena and its activity, but far enough from the urban pollution, our residence has 10 apartments suitable even for families, finely furnished and with all comforts. Each apartm,ent has an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofà, a bathroom, a bedroom and a closet, 2 satellite tv and 2 fan coils. In order to make it a very enjoyable stay, our residence provides wide common open spaces and a swimming-pool.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before dates of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

    If you are travelling by car the position would be 100% because it's situated a few kilometres away from Siena and it's very quiet road. The place is just perfect!!!
