Info & Description

Siena Hostel Guiodriccio offers rooms with 2 beds (only female only male, or mixed room)! Ostello Siena is located in a nice environment with an air of antique and indescribable mystery that pervades the streets and piazzas, concealing unexplored and incomprehensible secrets under its rigid haughtiness.

This is the fascination of mysterious Siena, so beautiful that she takes your breath away with her sharp skyline of towers and pinnacles and intriguing thicket of streets and alleys, dominated by the watchful severity of the four protector saints of this city standing in their niches of the Loggia della Mercanzia, all facing in the same direction towards the age-old enemy, Florence. A city that seems impenetrable, jealously housing her myriad of treasures and mysteries that shyly unfold before the visitor's eyes, to discovered and understood in true Senese spirit, with respect and pride. Magical and very alive, this is Siena, who unveils her inner self in the restless frenzy of the Palio, this popular festive explosion, a mixture of passion, colour and sentiment that for an instant makes time and your heart stand still.

Siena Hostel is only 2 Kms away from the railway station and it's well connected with the public transports (the city center can be easily reached with the buses n° 10 and 15).

All guests of Siena Hostel can enjoy the following facilities:

- car and motorcycle parking nearby;

- mediterranean breakfast included and available every day from 7.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.;

    This is a great hostel, the staff is really nice and the breakfast is AMAZING!! They also have wine and beer =) The location is a little bit far from the city center but it really didn't bother me, you can walk or go by bus. Recomended!!

    Great place and clean

  6. Esha Pawan From India On November 30, -0001

    The only problem which I faced as a bag packer traveller it that, it takes 45 minutes minimum to walk from the city centre of Siena. So you have to catch the bus and the service is poor. once you are in the hostel- it is nice.

  7. chiara From Italy On November 30, -0001

    far from the city centre, in the weekend the buses don't pass very often. good if you have a car.

    sienna hostel never received my booking through your website and i had to pay the deposit already paid to you again. is there any way to get a refund for this

  9. Romualda From England On November 30, -0001

    Everything was perfect apart from the noises from other rooms and people really slamming the doors. I was waking up every night as could hear people slamming the doors and noises from outside. Everything else was just perfect and really enjoyed the time spent in Siena.

    We had a great time in Siena, the only issue is linked to public transportation that wasn't so present and without a bus you have to walk more or less for 1hr to reach the city centre. Everything else is okay

    A really nice ostello, with a good breakfast but far away from downtown siena but if you enjoy walking you can make it to the centre in 25 min aprox. The staff wasn't very helpfull they didn't even know how to get to chianti or tour around there..

  12. David From England On November 30, -0001

    A comfortable youth hostel with helpful staff. A fair walk from the centre of the old city however and breakfast could have been more substantial.

    Great hostel, great staff, really great "vib"! Some hostels can feel institutional, but this one was great. I was only able to stay 1 night but I would definitely come back & recommend others to stay there.
