We found Vanessa most helpful and pleasant -- a joy to be with. We had a 2-room suit. Only one room had air-con and not too powerful. Wish the other room had air con too.

Great place, great location, grear breakfest, great room's equipment - even a hairdryer! No word to add.

My stay in this small ´locanda´ was definitely the best hotelexperience I've had in ages. Right behind Piazza del Campo, comfortable room with a fantastic view on the Duomo and the medieval city (though that's probably been good luck), good sanitary. Tomorrow I'll miss the extensive breakfast which included homemade dolce (croissants and cake in this case) and even a fruitbowl. Most important thing: personal atmosphere thanks to the young and very friendly staff. For disabled person probably not a good choice because of the absence of an elevator. Furthermore more than worth its price!
