Just at 2 minutes walking from the wonderful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, with it's pretty square and at only 10 minutes walking from the Colosseum and Imperial Fora (800 mt. - less than half mile)
'Termini' the main central station where you can catch all buses and subway lines is at
just 5 minutes walking.
La Casa di Rosy is located in a typical and renovated classic building.
A comfortable elevator help you to reach us on the 3rd floor.
All rooms are very well appointed in superior class hotel.
All rooms are air conditioned with tv, minibar, and inside bathroom with hairdryer.

Between Termini Station and the elegant square of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore is Via Napoleone III where we are located.
At only 70mt. from us starts the Hop on and Hop off bus to run the city by yourself or it is possible to organize tours by bus with english speaking guide.
Near by the National Roman Museum, Terme di Diocleziano ruins where you'll find one of the most beautiful and important Basilica of Rome, Santa Maria degli Angeli in Repubblica square.
The National gallerie is at 10 min. walking on Via Nazionale and same distance for the main Opera House.

All rooms are just refurbished, with marble on the floor, in high standard quality.
All rooms are with inside bathroom with shower, hair dryer, desk,tv, heater and air conditioning.
Coffee and Tea maker facilities in all rooms and complimentary WiFi available.

In case of no show the 1st night will be charged on the credit card given and the deposit is always unrefundable.

    We arrived at 10:30, and our room was supposed to be ready at 10, but there were still people in it. The receptionist asked us to come back around 11:30, so we did, but our room didn´t end up being ready until 12:30. That was really inconvenient since we had gotten up at 2:30 in the morning to catch our flight to room and we were really tired. Other than that though the place was really nice, especially for the price. The rooms were big and clean and the private bath was great. Free breakfast (it wasn´t much to brag about, just some toast or pre-packaged croissant and coffee, juice, or tea, but hey, it´s free!) and convenient location. It is really close to the termini station and not more than 10-15 minute walk from the colliseum. It´s located in kind of a "china-town" area, but that was ok with us since we liked shopping in the little inexpensive chinese stores, and the main plaza was only 2 minutes away. So overall, a great place because it was safe and clean, but don´t expect a lot of service since the hostal receptionist and manager and sometimes hard to find.

    La Casa di Rosy is a very small and nice hostel with a neat interior (new bathroom and well working air conditioner). The position is perfect to visit Rome with its sights. Thanks for the great time!

    Hard to get in, no staff waiting for you. After some knocking the doors opened and we were greeted by Giuseppe (whom we greet warmly) who contacted the owner and got keys for us explaining everything to us using body language :) Overall, neat and nice rooms. We had a good time in Rome. Andrzej i Alina

    We are very content with the conditions and the atmosphere we found in La Casa di Rosy!!! The room was nice and clean. All the facilities were working well. The staff was helpful and nice, too. The place is very close to both Termini Station and all the monuments we had planned to see!!! We recommend it a lot! Tourists from Poland.

    It was good to get all the keys during the stay. Other positive thing was the fridge in the room. On the other hand it would be nice if the breakfast would be a little bit better.

    The location is OK - near Termini station. It was clean and cozy. The things we didn't like were the noise on the street and the small breakfast.
