The structure has been completely restored in 2006. It consists of 4 double rooms with bath, kitchen for common use, dining room.

The rooms are located on the first floor and offer a beautiful view of the landscape all around the borough of Carmignano, Artimino and the Villa dei Cento Camini, Poggio a Caiano and its Villa.
