The stay was rather good, the hotel starts in the second floor and doesnt have an elevator. The breakefest was very poor.

  2. Polina From Bulgaria On November 30, -0001

You have to know that free wifi it's not exactly free. Its means 5 euro for 24 hours! So if you need internet its not the place.

  3. Krzysztof From Poland On November 30, -0001

no luxury, but clean and quiet, enough for this price

  4. MARIA From Dominican Republic On November 30, -0001

It is the best hotel I stayed in through my trip in Italy!!! It is very familiar and I seriously recommend it to everybody! It is clean, serious, beautiful, etc! I love it!

  5. vitor From Portugal On November 30, -0001

Stay away from Verona Hostel! Even the relatively low price is not worth it! The bathroom in room 53 is bloody cold and sordid and covered with mould. There is no hot water or towel hanger-you must either put all your clothes on the floor or outside the bathroom. Towel must stay outside, otherwise you'll get it wet during the shower, because there is no curtain.Everything is flooded then. The bidet is useless-water doesn't go down.Besides water is merely warm! The sheet is full of holes. Check the light bulb in the lamp, cause it might be burnt!I paid for 4 nights with breakfast, out of which I only got one because the service hours are ridiculous. You are either too early or too late for a cup of coffee/tea and a cracker(stored in the box which can be put out any time in fact...)The hostel is loud, you can hear all the noise from the reception, people dragging their suitcases up/downstairs or just talking.Never again Verona hostel.

I think, that`s the nice place to stay in the centre of Milan. Not far from railway station. Delicious coffee at the breakfast. Big clean room with nice balcony. Helpful staff.

  10. Nanda From Netherlands On November 30, -0001

We liked the location, close to trainstation and metro. Very friendly staff. Small hotel, therefore personal. Basic hotel not much extra's or luxery. shower and tv weren't good, but the beds were ok. I would say good price-quality.

  11. Saeem From Bangladesh On November 30, -0001

Location is good (near by Milano Centrale). Rest is all average. You get what u pay!

  12. IRYNA From Belarus On November 30, -0001

Position is good, if you need to be close to central station, but it takes some time to get to the center of the city by foot. A lot of noise from the nearest bar at night.

  13. Isanoora From Finland On November 30, -0001

Nice and helpfull staff. Near central station, not a long way to walk with luggage. The rooms have very thin walls, you can here almost everything what happens where.

  14. Chi-Hsiu From Taiwan On November 30, -0001

some, maybe a half employee can't speak english, service atitude. so so , didn't provide local map, in first day the room near street, there is a bar near by, i can't sleep utill 3am, second day we change room, it's march better. but i don;t think i will stay here again

  15. Hana From Czech Republic On November 30, -0001

Nice hotel for backpackers, expect only basics, bathroom is dissapointment even though clean, too wet and no clima... Just affraid we met bed bugs.

  16. Katarzyna From Poland On November 30, -0001

The condition was not preferct, the bathroom was too small and under the hotel is the pup which make a lot of noises. So, if someone can't slep with loud music, do no go there. But the staff was really frienldy.

  17. Ewa From Poland On November 30, -0001

very loud outside, there is a crappy bar. Very bad toilet. Excellent location, friendly staff.

  18. Javier From Spain On November 30, -0001

The rum needs refurbishment, specially the walls(visible humidity). The TV did not work, internet connection was not included and it was quite expensive. The staff at the reception should take in consideration that the noise they make affects the sleeping guests.

  19. ana From Colombia On November 30, -0001

terrible atention, the hotel doesn even hace a lift for the luggae, the old guy at the reception is very rude, the instalations are very deteriored, the door was not even working properly and the attendant had to come and open the door every time . the only acceptable thing was maybe the attention of the young man. internet was not working and was not included. if u want to make your holydays in milan a nightmare stay in this hotel!

  20. hatice From Turkey On November 30, -0001

It is very close to Milano Central train station and also metro line.Because doors are very thin, there is a bit noise.
