This brand new apartment complex is a mere 250 metres from the shores of Lake Como. It is comprised of comfortable, modern and practical apartments. There are 11 in total,.across the ground and first floors and they measure 40 m². First floor apartments also feature a small, private balcony.
Guests can make use of the attractive gardens and swimming pool, children’s play area, free Wi-Fi access.
Upon request (price to be agreed): boat mooring at the nearby tourist port as well as boat and fishing trips.

The apartment complex is located in Domaso town which boasts many amenities, including an open-air market, shops, restaurants, a long beach and a surf and sailing school. Domaso is one of the best spots in Italy and indeed Europe to go windsurfing, sailing and to practice other water sports. The temperate climate means the area benefits from mild, Mediterranean temperatures even in winter time.

It is just 20 meters from the bus-stop, 30 metres to the nearest restaurant and 12 Km to the train station at Colico.

    By far the best experience in a hostel you could ever ask for! The owner was extremely helpful with dinner recommnedations, travel information, and idea for things to do. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided many extras for free not listed in the description such as sangria by the pool for our entire group. He also let us check out late and continue using the facilities up until we needed to leave later in the day.

    One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in; the really incredible thing was the service..When our group got lost, the hotel manager came on his bike to find us, and made Sangria specifically for us upon request. He also helped make reservations and recommendations for things to do in town. We adored this hotel and recommend it wholeheartedly!!!
