Every room is en-suite, except for single rooms sharing two bathrooms with triple rooms.

A Big balcony with a wonderful view of the southern Valdichiana and of Cetona Mountain.

PLEASE NOTE:
The tourism tax rate is Euro 1,00 per person per night,

for the first five consecutive nights of any overnight stay

and it is not applied to:

*children ( up to 12 years old);
*overnight stay in January and December;
*the third child of families with overnight stay (if the first and second child pay);
