The Hotel Porta Nuova is located close by one of the eight medieval gates of Assisi, called Porta Nuova. Our House is in a strategic position to visit the town on foot becaus it is just a few steps far from Assisi's most renowned monuments. Built in the early years of the 1900s of the typical pink stone quarried from Mount Subasio (close Assisi) the Hotel Porta Nuova was originally a large private home, renovated in 1988 as a hotel. The family management helps crate its warm and relaxed atmosphere.
