The guesthouse and the staff is excellent, the breakfast (only 3 euro) is also very good! Only the noise of the building under construction nearby disturbs a lot.

Not bad. Free wifi. Situated not far (but not close either) from the city center. No light on top of the sink (not very practical...) and impossible to unlock the window of the room to get fresh air though. Free breakfast.

Although I booked a single room in the Guesthouse Pavi in fact I was not accomodated there. On my arrival a boy announced that the owner did not say anything about me and they have no room available. He lifted me to Skipholt 45 for one night. The boy was really helpful: he knew I would take part in a tour next day so he picked up me in the morning and dropped off in the evening. Next day I had to move to Skipholt 22. It was nearer to the center than the previous day's house. But the room was unimaginable small because it was erected in attic. It means I could not take any steps without bumping my head. (I am not too tall!) And I booked room with breakfast but in Skipholt 22 there was not breakfast. And I prebooked some tours with pick ups and I signed Guesthouse Pavi. So I had to walk there in the mornings but fortunatelly my accomodation was only one street away from Pavi.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is not very varied but ok. One of the best accomodations regarding to value for money.

Very well positioned, within a walking distance to most city landmarks. Helpful young gentleman in charge. Breakfast could be more varied. Yet it's worth the money you pay for.

I don't know about the private rooms but the dorm-style rooms were not very clean and they did not include free breakfast as the website said. There was no place to lock up any bags as the website said there would be. The boss was a horrible man that tried to over-charge us and then yelled at us when we asked any questions. I don't know how he expects to run a business with that attitude. He also made innappropriate jokes towards two other girls staying there and they ended up leaving. We would have left and found another place, but we didn't want to waste a day trying to find somewhere else. I would NOT recommend staying there to anyone. The only thing they did have were clean sheets and the other staff members were nice. I feel bad that he is their boss.

We had two rooms in Pavis house at Skipholt road. The rooms vere situated in the basement and it was NOT good. Some days later we had two rooms upstairs and it was much better. In Pavi it was too little space for eating breakfast. The food was good and the personal ware very kindly and polite.

A bit expensive compared to the service provided. It is not far from the city center but in a sketchy location. The breakfast was good and the showers and toilets very clean.
