Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is central to all sites and easy to access from the train station

everyone was lovely and helpful. the staff will organize you anything you want and advise you on all the things not to miss out on. they make awesome coffee. the location is fantastic... couldn actually be better. really clean. common room is small but gets everyone together. my fav so far for def.
