***WELCOME*** to the PIOTR ROOM BERLIN. The location of the PIOTR ROOM is optimal, because it is very near to the Berlin city and close to the train station (S- and U Bahn) and to the motorway A100. The room is very lovely furnished. Nearby our house are a lot of shops and a lot of diverse restaurants, 5 min on foot to the subway. We have one room with doublebed and one singelbed for 2 persons.

The room is comfortable and has all the standard facilities you can expect: Radio and TV. The bathroom is appointed with a bathtub and a daylight.

We offer inclusive:
Coffee, tea and soft drinks
WLAN 24h - own laptop needful
Bed linen and towels included

Check-in - 3 p.m.

Check-out - 1 p.m.

    Excellent address. It's actually one room in a flat - feels like home. The owner (Piotr) is very very nice but does not speak english. Large confortable and quiet room. What does the "fun factor" mean anyway ?
