    We payed in advance for booking in the site and received the confirmation from the site and even from Karin but when we arrived at Berlin the apartment was not available. Then, after trying to reach Karin, we received a SMS apologizing and telling the apartment would not be available. It was at the start of Berlinale and it was very very difficult to find another place to stay(of course it costs me at least twice the regular price).

    I would suggest to have some written instructions to the guests as to how to get the hot water running. The lift was not working and I had to go around the building to enter the apartment.

    We only have 1 towel for both of us for all the week!
