    The staff is horrible. They completely messed up my reservation and had me staying for only one night instead of two. Although they were able to switch me to a different hotel nearby, they didn't give me any sort of discount on the night that I did stay there. Also, while they may be close to Salzburg it is a major pain to get there and they were not at all helpful in providing bus/train maps.
