About Villa Aramis

The Villa Aramis is a friendly guesthouse, in the heart of the city Nice. Villa Aramis is within walking distance from the beach, old town and other local attractions.
Villa Aramis is in a prime location with easy access to trams and a bicycle station which means you will have excellent access to get around the city.

From 19 March 2010 The Villa Aramis Guesthouse becomes 'Bed and Breakfast'.
A Continental buffet available in the lounge or the garden is included in the price of the stay.

Villa Aramis Guesthouse offers accommodation in the city of Nice, just 10 minutes by tram from the beach, and also the accommodation is only 5 minutes away from the train station and the pedestrian area where you will find the famous local market.

Villa Aramis has many facilities and services which include a fully equipped kitchen, free internet access and WiFi. Also, the rooms are equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and there is a free library service in the lounge.

Dogs are accepted in the guesthouse at no extra cost. Furthermore, you will have free calls to Europe on all fixed lines and to Canada and the USA on all mobile phones. There is free parking in the streets nearby and there is 2 private parking places which you have to reserve.

At Villa Aramis, there is no curfew.

** NB : Caution, D'Artagnan has a very attractive price, it is very comfortable and spacious but you must go down a wooden staircase as seen in the photo.

*** NB : Caution, the 3 bed room consists of 1 double bed plus 1 single bed.

**** Cancellation****
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later, the first night will be charged; Or 2 nights, if it stays over 6 nights.

for stays over 6 nights, no changes can be made after the day of arrival


In case of no-show, the room should be back online at 12.00am, and the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If Nicolas is missing when you arrive, the entry code of the Guesthouse is 25879 and growing 'Inter' Thank you, to notify in case of delays on my phone. If you arrive before 11.30am, it may be possible that the rooms are not made or occupied 'for latecomers' may be indulgent, and if this is you could you please leave your luggage in a corner of the living room, then you can enjoy Nice ...     If you are backpacking this is the place to go. The hotel is not clean at all. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the place. I didn't have breakfast after seeing the place.

    Room is clean and comfy. Clear instruction on how to get there and it's near tram station. Nicholas is nice, easy going and helpful :) Had a nice rest there.

    villa aramis is very nice hostel. bedloom is clean and comfortable. kitchen is useful and clean. there is washing machine if you want to wash your clothes. i had very relax time when i stayed!!
