    -Nice old room but no air conditioning. -Friendly staff. -Delicious breakfast. -Bus station directly in front of the house.

    A very basic place to stay, but excellent hospitality and especially local knowledge suggestions by Annie. Buses 4 & 7 take you to the stay easily. The new tramline is accessible 10mins walk away, it's great as long as it's not raining. As long as your expectations are real and you enjoy a cup of coffee whilst listening in on great trip suggestions even beyond Nice, this is a very affordable place to stay.

    Nice Place and very nice hostess. The breakfast was huge and the price is unbeatable in Nice. Will go there again, when down at the Cote d'Azur. Merci beaucoup!

    Easy to find place, really nice surprise to find a place with personality in a cosy neibourhood. The lady of house was really friendly, helpful and advicing the places to visit nearby. The breakfast was rich & good and served on table. The place is good for single traveller as well as families. Single traveller

    The structure is old and nice, but not well kept. The rooms weren't clean and we found some cockroaches inside. The owner of the bed and breakfast didn't apologize when I said her there were those insects in the common living room, answering that they came naturally from the garden and she could do nothing. The furnished towels and sheet weren't well washed and dryed, they smell like something wet. The only positive things were the position, easy to find because on a main street and with the public transportation (tramway included) and the breakfast, that was rich and tasty, but not so nice when you find near you cockroaches and the dogs of the owner that turn around you.

    great hostel ! fantastic feeling inside ! nice rooms with private bath and shower. good breakfast served by friendly french staff. garden and nice dogs for people who love them. position is ok, not too far by walk (25 min to the old city and to the seaside), it's also better by bus !

    Set in a real villa, the house is clean and comfortable. With a warm-hearted host, you will no doubt enjoy your stay there. The breakfast is even better than some star hotel. Strongly recommended. I will stay there whenever I am back to Nice

    Nice old stylish B&B, seemed very authentic. Had a nice breakfast in a balcony. Maybe location is not that great as it took about 25 min. to the beach, but in general it's fine. Be careful were you park as we got a ticket from the local police.

    *Very* helpfull staff, clean & nice hostel; rather far from the downtown.
