The location made the hotel quite difficult to find, but it was not that bad. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English and Spanish. There were also lots of brochures about Aude near the reception area. The rooms were quite nice though perhaps in need of a little TLC and the breakfast was average for the price.
