Tartu Student Villa Apartments located in the city center near Tartu University, Estonia. It is the perfect location for students, individuals, travelers, families and small groups maximum 20 people.

We are between the main building of the University and the Festival Arena in an interesting part of the city. The apartments are peaceful place for living, and are practically located in the city center, with plenty of possibilities for leisure.

We have 5 apartments with a total 20 beds. All apartments have own kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are furnished with all comforts such as electrical heating, hot/cold water (boiler), WC / shower, bed-linen / towels, automatic washing-machine, refrigerator, microwave cooker, TV, computer and more. Free internet and car parking front of house in street. Every apartment has internet connection and TV. Storage room for bicycles as well as a private garden corner. Nearby there is a sports park and the River Emajõgi.

Bicycle rent nearby. Cots are available on request with extra charges. Pets are allowed on request with extra charges. Not suitable for disabled people, small apartments and high stairs.

    TARTU STUDENT VILLA is a good place near old town, but I was disapointed that I had to leave at 11 o,clock, thought according to the room must be left at 12 o,clock. Best regards
