had booked on line for 10.98 euro 1 night paid deposit. £7.19 sterling was owned when got to hostle was charged £10.98 sterling explained had all ready paid deposit £7.19 owned but to noi avail the person at reception dismissed it had to pay full amount waiting hear back from booking agency location is good

For that price, everything was really good

The room was very cold and I could not turn on the heating :( The "door" (Schiebetür) to the bathroom was completely broken. At night it was very loud - not the hotel's fault, I guess. Still I was happy to have that single room there as the Hotel is Close to the Center and the Underground. The personel was very friendly. Free WLAN would have been a good idea!

The hostel was okay, but the service was awful! The staff was not helpful at all, and the so called free wifi is something you have to pay for. Most of the free things listed on the website costs when you arrive at the hostel.

Em uma excelente localização, um preço muito baixo (Londres é uma cidade muito cara, nesse caso o Hostel foi o mais barato de tudo em minha viagem), um café da manhã bem básico (padrão europeu), ou seja, serviços essenciais bons para o que se paga.

Hostels Club has charged us the deposit for the booking, that, as it appeared when we arrived at the hotel, was a booking fee, and not a refundable deposit for the booking.

They were not kind at all. Once we arrived, they told us they couldn't gave us the room that we booked. We booked for a 4 persons room, and they gave us a 6 persons room, that we shared with other people that we didn't know. Very bad experience

It was fine, before we got an towel that had bugs in it. and we were told a total lie about how the bugs in the towel was baby-flies and that they came from window, when there was no possibility that the bugs in the towel would been baby-flies.

It was not so clean. The Breakfast for the dorms is really disgusting.

Highly reccomanded!!!

I enjoyed my time in this hostel and it was one of the cheapest options

We had booked a room for four but when we arrived we found one eight, so to leave our cameras we had to pay the strongbox. The room was not clean and the toilet in the bathroom did not work. The breakfast was bad. Overall, there are hostels worst but certainly not stay there again.

great position, very close to Queensway's underground so it is easy to go everywhere, pretty clean but very small and the breakfast isn't that great

there should be free access to the internet for private room guests,even if only one hour per day of stay...for the cost of a coffee we can get it all day at starbucks,seems petty to charge when we're paying £80 a day

Very important: u need to give a 10 pound deposit. The breakfast is cereal,milk and bread with butter/jam (drinks: orange juice, tea coffee). Is you want to use a locker u need to pay 2 pounds per day.

Good location, but the rooms are too small, and it's really cold an night. Had some problems with the shower, and they charge you for the internet.
