We offer a double room with toilet use (Lavanda room) and four-bed apartment (apartment Lavanda).
The room has two single beds, TV and fridge.

Apartment Lavanda is on two floors. On the lower floor there is kitchen with living room. On the upper floor there is bathroom and bedroom with four beds.Apartment is very bright and equipped with air-condition and with cable TV and wireless internet-access. Apartment for 4,3 or 2 persons with view on south part of Split, wich includes view on islands,
ACY marine, Park wood Marjan, Church St.Duje and 1700 years old Diocletian Palace (under UNESCO protection).
Apartment is situated in the centar, 50m away from Diocletian Palace.


In the circle of 300m you can find automatic teller , Excange office, Turist-biro, Internet-caffe,
Rent a car, Rent a scooter, public city parking place, Taxi, Bus station, Ferryboat port, Post, marketplace,
fishmarket and many caffes and restaurants.


Also,the most famouse Split sand beach, Bačvice, is only 10 min. away by walking.


Split is perfect destination as a starting point for many interesting exursions to dalmatian islands:
Brač, Hvar, Korčula, Vis, Lastovo, Šolta.
All these islands are conected with mainland by ferries during the whole day.
Port is 5 min. away by walking.

    Great apartment and service in Split. It's location is good because it's not too far from the bus station. You also have a great market right in front of the building. Not a far walk from the very center of old town. Wonderful family that really makes the stay very personal and comfortable. If I go back to Split, I'll be staying here again!

    Couldnt fault it, location right on the green market, close to all sights close by. Nice attic conversion with plenty of space and nice views of the city. What made the place great was the host, incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Will be recommending. Thanks.

    The Lavanda Apartment is absolutely the best place I have stayed in all of Europe! Great location in the heart of Split a block away from the Palace and on the same street as the market. Its on the top floor in a building on the same street as the market. It is short walking distance from the bus station and ferry! The owner was very friendy and wonderful! The apartment is very spacious and clean! Absolutely wonderful place!

    Everything great: Price, value, space, cleanliness, attention, location... The only bad thing is that it's a fourth floor without elevator, but I would absolutely go back to Lavanda if I return to Split. Book now!

    This is a great place to stay for a couple or group of friends who are looking for a quiet night right in the city centre. A little hard to find as it isn't labeled and no-one had heard of it in town. In the same building as adriatic hostel - top floor - amazing views

    The apt. owner was a kind, generous, wonderful hostess. Location great: fresh produce market just downstairs; airport bus, port & lovely beach a short walk away. ATM & grocery store in apt. bldg. Gorgeous ancient town, palace, churches, ruins, bakeries, shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars are a 1- to 5-minute walk. Pretty apt. with great views, AC, & clean, large rooms!! I want to go back as soon as possible!!
