Very well done. Staff was very professional and everything i needed was clearly outlined. Only qualm was with check in, i think better signs to mark the place would help. Overall very well done!

Inchy rooms was located in the heart of old town Split, 1-min walk from the bell tower. Well maintained guest house utilizing 2nd floor of a Baroque-style palace built in 17th century. Rooms were spacious enough and clean, kitchen and dining room were also available anytime. Inchy, the owner of the guest house, and her family were very friendly and welcomed me like a part of family. They helped my stay a lot - Not only accommodations, they also gave me overview of the area, things to do and where to get authentic and nice food with reasonable price. I enjoyed chatting with them everyday when come back to Inchy rooms. They made my stay in Split so memorable and special. I would definitely come back to Inchy rooms next time I have chance to come back to Split area!

Great place to stay because of it's location in the middle of Split city center. Owner (Inchy) kind and helpful. Only 2 rooms : our was very (too) small > the price to pay to stay in the city center ? 1 shared bathroom, clean. Travelers with a car : be careful > as most of the city center is for pedestrians, difficult (and expensive) to park the car close to the apartment

This place was very clean, and in an AWESOME location. They were accomodating, and made breakfast for us to take to go since we were leaving before the normal breakfast time. We were also welcomed with a cold glass of leomonade when we arrived. BUT, it was advertised as having air conditioning, and we were told it broke three days before we arrived.

The landlady was very nice, served us breakfast and gave us information about recommendable restaurants, discos and beaches in Split. The location of Inchy Rooms is fantastic; in the middle of the old town but nevertheless quiet.

In the center of the old city, in a palace! Nice room, calm and beautiful. Very friendship welcoming by the family Listes-Inchy. Perfect for individual people or couple. Not expensive. Not far of cultural life, beaches, port, bus and ferrys. What's more?
