Villa Perka is located in Hvar Island , built in a family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens.
It's interior was fully renovated in 2007. From it's slightly elevated position, 200 m from the sea it commands the superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them. Behind, the house is sheltered by St.Nicholas - the highest peak of the island.

Villa has 3 spacious apartments Lavanda (2+2), Lantana (4+2) and Bugainvillea (6+1), each with separate enrance and large terrace with stunning sea view.

Apartments consist of double bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Two of them have larder too. On everybodies disposal is the fire place, parking place and laundry.
